What is inside each Doushaey satchet?

Each Doushaey satchet contains 1 empty 200 ml pouch and 1 flexible 15 cm silicone hose. The pouch and hose are folded together and sealed inside a compact foil packet.                       

Is the Doushaey pouch prefilled?

No, the Doushaey pouch is supplied empty. Fill the pouch with clean water before use, then follow the directions on the packaging.                                                                                                   

Is the Doushaey douche designed for single use?

Yes, the Doushaey douche is single use only. Do not reuse any part of the product.                                                                                                                                                                                     

How should I dispose of the Doushaey douche after use?

Dispose of the pouch and hose in a waste bin after use. Do not flush down the toilet.                                                                                                                                                                            

Will my order be shipped discreetly?

Yes, orders are packed in plain outer packaging with no Doushaey logo and no Doushaey branding on the exterior.                                                                                                                          

What locations do Doushaey currently ship to?

For our customers in Australia and the United Kingdom, orders are shipped locally from our depots in each region.

We are preparing to expand into Europe in summer 2026, and the United States before the end of the year.

Can I return my Doushaey product?

Yes. However, because Doushaey is an intimate hygiene product, only unopened boxes may be returned.  Unopened boxes may be returned within 14 days after purchase. Please email enquiries@doushaey.com and our customer care team will help you.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact enquiries@doushaey.com as soon as possible with your order number and correct shipping address.

If the order has not been dispatched, the address can be updated. If the order has already been dispatched, changes may not be possible. Our customer care team will do our best to find a solution to ensure you receive your order.                                                                                             

What should I do if my tracking has not updated?

Tracking may take time to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not changed for several days, please contact enquiries@doushaey.com with your order number so that our customer care team can review your order.

What should I do if my parcel is delayed or missing?

For orders that are delayed or missing, please contact enquiries@doushaey.com with your order number and tracking details. Our customer care team will review the delivery status and advise you of the next step.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

For any damaged items, please contact enquiries@doushaey.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged parcel and product packaging. Our customer care team will do our best to ensure we find a solution for you.
 

What should I do if my order is missing units or I received the wrong pack size?

If there are any problems with your order, including missing units or incorrect pack, please contact enquiries@doushaey.com  with your order number and photos of what you received. Our customer care team will do our best to ensure we find a solution for you.
