  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Returns outside this window may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or bulk-made items produced specifically to order.

  • Sale items, unless damaged or defective.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

If your product falls into one of these categories but is defective, please contact us — we’ll assess it case by case.


3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Our team will review the claim within 1–2 business days and arrange a replacement, refund, or credit where applicable.


4. Return Process

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back securely in its original packaging.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  4. After inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again.

  • Then contact your payment provider; processing times can vary.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us via email with your order details.


7. Custom Orders

For custom or bulk packaging orders, refunds or replacements are only issued in cases of clear manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
Our team will work closely with you to resolve any issues fairly and efficiently.
